Maida ko ek bowl mey daale ab isme 1 spoon oil aur paani daal kar soft atta guth le.

Ek bowl mey Gud,Soth aur dry fruits ko daal kar mix karein.

Ab madia ki choti choti Puri bana le.

Ab Puri mey stuffing daale aur fold karein aur gujhiya ki tarha pack karein.
5

Kadhi mey oil garam karein aur in gujhiya ko halka pink hone tak slow gas mey fry karein.
