If you want something fast, easy, under $10-$20 and taste great for the whole family this recipe is right up your alley.
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350
- 2
Open and stir enchilada sauce. In a cake pan poor about 1/4 of the can I to cake pan.(just enough to cover bottom so the burrito a don't stick)
- 3
Lay out frozen burritos flap side down should fit 4-8 burritos depending on how big your cake pan is
- 4
Pour remaining sauce on burritos making sure to cover all of them
- 5
Sprinkle cheese all over making sure to cover fully.
- 6
Then top off with olives.(optional)
- 7
Cover with aluminum foil
- 8
Cook for 45min-1hr until cheese is completely melted and burritos and cooked through
- 9
Once you take out of oven let stand for about 2 min
- 10
Side note: you can even poor the olives on half. For those ones who don't like olives thats what I do. And the cheese I use is either Tripple cheddar or Mexican mix shredded cheese. Once eating it my family likes to add sour cream but it's even good without it.The reason why it says under $10-$20 is due to what you buy if it's the cheapest like I do most the time or the real expensive.
