Except ghee combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & make a batter if pouring consistency. Use little water if required.

Heat 2-3 tbsp ghee in a pan & drop a spoonful of batter. Cook on medium flame until light golden on both sides.

Serve hot with chilled Rabri.
