Grilled Pork Tenderloin au Tarragon
Last weekend's inspiration. This is the kind of recipe we like, simple and delicious!
Cooking Instructions

Wash the pork tenderloin with water and place it on a tray. Add salt to taste and leave inside the fridge.

Melt the butter in the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Add the minced garlic. You can also put 10 cloves in the blender with a little bit of oil and use the garlic sauce instead of mincing it.

Add tarragon to taste into the mix.

Whip the mix.

Take the pork out of the fridge, pour the mix over it and let it rest for at least 3 hours inside the fridge. Preferably for 24 hours.

Grill the pork tenderloin unitl it is well done while moisting it regularly with the mix left in the tray. This will prevent it to dry.

Serve and enjoy!
