Barbecued Ribs

It tastes amazing but be prepared because it does take a long time to cook if you want the meat to be falling off the bone when you pick a rib up.
Barbecued Ribs
It tastes amazing but be prepared because it does take a long time to cook if you want the meat to be falling off the bone when you pick a rib up.
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven on gas mark 5.
- 2
Sprinkle the ribs with some salt.
- 3
Place the rack of ribs in a tray and cover with kitchen foil or use a oven suitable cooking bag. Make sure what ever method you decide to use that its almost perfectly sealed.
- 4
Cook for 3 and hours to 4 hours on a constant low temperature. You don't need to check on them until the end.
- 5
Once the ribs are cooked, remove the foil and cover with the barbecue sauce and place back in the oven uncovered for about 10 minutes so they can absorb the sauce.
