Mix grated garlic, soy sauce, and Olive oil

preheat cast iron skillet to med high heat. Smear surface with oil (oil very well)

Sear tuna quickly; 2 min turning once. You want to sear the surface and quickly, caramelize the marinade. The tuna should be rare to almost raw inside

Remove from pan spoon the avacado puree on top of the tuna and serve immediately
