Ingredients

  • 250 gmsweetened condensed milk
  • 1and 1/2 litre milk
  • 10almonds soaked in water and peeled
  • 6pepper corns
  • 4cardamom crushed
  • 2 tspfennel seeds
  • 1 tspkhus essense
  • cubesFew crushed ice

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind well the peeled almonds, cardamom and fennel seeds to a fine paste and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Strain the mixture well.

  3. 3

    Chill for an hour of two before serving.
