Take another bowl pour sugar and half cup water on firm..mix well until one string consistancy add food colour few drops and Ilachi powder..keep aside

Leave 5 min...sugar syrup will observe it gives good taste and flacour...

Take bannel pour oil for deep fri once heat it put one of banana maida liquid..two sides fri take to plate dip into sugar syrup

Banana malpuva is ready to serve
