Boil the new potatoes then set aside.

Add oil to the pan and start frying the sausages. Once half way through cooking, add the onion, garlic, pepper and mushrooms and keep stirring.

Slice and add the boiled potatoes to the sausage vegetable mix and stir. Fry until the potatoes are browned. Squeeze over the lemon juice to taste before serving.
