Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Make a soft dough with warm water.

Cut into small rounds.

Grease a sufuria and place them in.

Wait for the dough to raise.

Place the sufuria on a lit jiko with charcoal on top and at the bottom.

After a short while of 7-10minutes they will produce a nice smell.

Remove from the jiko and place them on a sinia to cool.
- 9
Serve with tea.
