  1. 1/2 tspsalt
  2. 2 cupsugar
  3. 2 1/4 cupflour
  4. 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  5. 3 largeeggs
  6. 1 tspvanilla
  7. 1 1/3 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/4 cupbuttermilk
  9. 1 cupwalnuts
  10. 5over ripe bananas

    Preheat oven to 350

    Grease two loaf pans

  3. 3

    Mash bananas in large bowl

  4. 4

    Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk

  5. 5

    Mix all ingredients

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hour

  7. 7

    Let cool for 15 minutes

  8. 8

    Enjoy :)
