Ingredients

  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 2 1/4 cupflour
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 1/3 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 cupbuttermilk
  • 1 cupwalnuts
  • 5over ripe bananas

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Grease two loaf pans

  3. 3

    Mash bananas in large bowl

  4. 4

    Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk

  5. 5

    Mix all ingredients

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hour

  7. 7

    Let cool for 15 minutes

  8. 8

    Enjoy :)
