Alfredo: in a saucepan mix cream cheese, Parmesan, milk, butter, and garlic

Stir and cook on low or medium heat until cheese is melted

Toss with hot cooked fettuccine noodles and serve

Try sprinkling with a dash of nutmeg

Pasta: in a large pan, boil water, then add pasta

Cook 10-12 minutes or until al dente

Drain when sauce is ready. You can serve it two ways; toss noodles in the sauce or serve the pasta on plates and pour sauce over each plate
