Sieve the flour

Dissolve yeast in half milk and add enough of flour to make a thick batter, cover with cling film and place in the prover to ferment

Rub the butter into the rest of the flour

Beat the eggs and salt and sugar

When the batter has fermented add the flour together with the liquid

Mix slowly for 5 mins to form soft dough

Place lightly oiled bowl! Cover with cling film

Prove for 1 hour at 26°

Bake at 200° FOR 20 minutes
