Ingredients

  • 3green onions
  • 2grated carrots
  • 3stalks of celery
  • 1/2 stickmargarine
  • 114 Oz can of Swanson chicken broth
  • 3 canCream of potato soup
  • 8 ozsour cream
  • 8 ozsharp cheddar cheese
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute green onions, grated carrots, and celery in margirine.

  2. 2

    Add chicken broth, cream of potato, sour cream and cheddar cheese.

  3. 3

    Simmer for 20 mins storing often.
