Ingredients

  1. 3green onions
  2. 2grated carrots
  3. 3stalks of celery
  4. 1/2 stickmargarine
  5. 114 Oz can of Swanson chicken broth
  6. 3 canCream of potato soup
  7. 8 ozsour cream
  8. 8 ozsharp cheddar cheese
  9. 1salt
  10. 1black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute green onions, grated carrots, and celery in margirine.

  2. 2

    Add chicken broth, cream of potato, sour cream and cheddar cheese.

  3. 3

    Simmer for 20 mins storing often.
