A simplified version of non spicy curry that look like Japanese style. To make spicy, add your favorite chilli (chopped) during cooking.

Ingredients

  2. 4 piecesmall potatoes, peeled and chopped into bite size
  3. 1 piececarrot, chopped into bite size
  4. 3 tspcurry powder
  5. 200 mlcoconut milk/cream
  6. Other
  7. 200 mlwater
  8. 3 tbspcooking oil
  9. 1 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add cooking oil into frying pan, using medium or high heat, gives both potatoes and carrot a quick fry.

    Add enough water into frying pan to cover the ingredients, add in curry powder and salt (to taste). Let it boil while stirring.

    While boiling, add in coconut milk. Keep stirring till sauce thickened.

    Ready to serve with rice.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes. Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world.
