  • 1apple
  • 2 tbspginger
  • 2 cupcoconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 cuppure cranberry juice
  • 2 tbspsugar (optional)
  • 1/4 bunchkale or spinach

  1. 1

    In a blender: add everthing in a blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Use a strainer to get out any pulp.

  2. 2

    In a juicer: juice everything solid

  3. 3

    Add ice and enjoy :)
