Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4frozen chicken breasts
  • 2 canof cheddar soup
  • 3/4 cupof milk
  • 1add any type of seasonings you prefer & to your liking
  • 1 cupsteamed rice
  • 1softened cream cheese
  • 8 ozcheddar cheese

    Mix all ingredients except chicken & rice into warm crock pot. Mix well. Add frozen chicken breasts. I used 4. Cook on low for 7-8 hrs.

    Cook rice according to directions.

  4. 4

    Add cheddar cheese to crock pot or dish.

  5. 5

    Spoon rice onto plate, add cheesy chicken mixture, add cheddar cheese if you haven't already & enjoy!
