Name: Spam and hashbrown casserole

Ingredients: 1 can spam; 1 hashbrowns cooked according to package, i used the ones in a carton from sams club; 1 can cream of mushroom; 1 few squirts sour cream, i use the kroger brand in a squirt bottle; 1 splash of milk; 1 season salt to taste; 1 ground black pepper to taste; 1 onion powder to taste; 3 slice american cheese or cheese of your choice; 1 steamed cabbage, as much as you like; 1 crushed rittz crackers; 1 melted butter.... couple tablespoons maybe...i rarely ever measure lol

Add Cooksnap

1 canspam
1hashbrowns cooked according to package, i used the ones in a carton from sams club
1 cancream of mushroom
1few squirts sour cream, i use the kroger brand in a squirt bottle
1splash of milk
1season salt to taste
1ground black pepper to taste
1onion powder to taste
3 sliceamerican cheese or cheese of your choice
1steamed cabbage, as much as you like
1crushed rittz crackers
1melted butter.... couple tablespoons maybe...i rarely ever measure lol

Cooking Instructions

Cook hashbrowns according to package. Season to taste.

In separate pot combine cream of mushroom, sour cream, splash of milk, seasonings, and cheese. Heat through and stir until mixed well.

Remove.spam from can And.chop into bite sized pieces. Add to hashbrowns then add soup mixture And cabbage and mix well.

Put in oven and heat through mixing every so often. Next add crushed crackers and drizzle melted butter on top.

Place in oven and bake for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven serve and enjoy!! Be careful, it's very hot!!

My mom made this over the holidays and my picky son absolutely devoured this. The recipe called for hashbrowns and an onion...I ended up using southern style hashbrowns (which is diced opposed to shredded) and green onions with a bit of onion powder. I also used a mix of colby jack cheese with some sharp cheddar. It came out super delicious.
