Steps
- 1
Put water or oil in a skillet. Just enough to coat the bottom of it. (If you want to be healthy use water. You just won't get a nice golden skin)
- 2
Heat skillet. Put chicken breast in skillet and sprinkle seasoning on chicken. (How ever much you want).
- 3
Cook chicken for about 30 minutes. Covered. You will have to flip the chicken half way through the cooking time. (For cooking the chicken it depends on how thick the piece is)
- 4
While the chicken is cooking, you can get your other toppings ready. Peel and slice the cucumber. Cut the avocado in half, take the seed out and cut it in desired size and remove from shell (I will take a knife and cut the avocado, but I don't cut the peeling, then I take a spoon and take it out of the peeling), dice the tomato.
- 5
After the chicken is done cut it into note size pieces and put it on top of your salad with the other toppings. Take the hard boiled egg and de shell it and cut it in desired size pieces and put it on you're salad.
- 6
Choose your desired dressing. And enjoy!
