preheat oven to 350* grease 3 baking sheets. combine flour, baking powder & salt in medium bowl

in large bowl- beat brown sugar & butter on high until light & fluffy. beat in eggs & vanilla until smooth. with a wooden spoon- gradually stir in flour mixture until thoroughly combined. stir in oats & raisins until blended

drop dough by rounded spoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. flatten each one slightly with back of fork. bake until golden, about 12 minutes. cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes then transfer to wire racks. serve warm or at room temperature
