4 cuprefrigerated or, thawed out, frozen hashbrown potatoes
2 cupwhipping cream
1 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cupsliced green onions
1 tspsalt
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspgarlic powder

preheat oven to 350* lightly spray four 1-cup ramekins

combine hashbrowns, cream, 1 1/4 cups of cheese, onions & seasonings in large bowl. mix well

spoon evenly into prepared ramekins. sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake until golden & bubbly & the potatoes are cooked, 35-45 minutes
