boil chicken breast for 40 min add salt and onion for flavor (optional)

Let the chicken cool Down before shredding then set aside in a large bowl

Peel and cut potatoes and boil in water for 15 to 20 min then when finished take the water out and add to chicken

Slice the gala apple in tiny squares then add it to the chicken

slice less then half of lettuce in small pieces and add to chicken bowl

add the 1/2 can of corn

add the 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and the 4 tablespoons of salted sour cream

Mix all together ( ** please read if you have kids who don't eat spicy set some aside before adding jalapeños)

Last add the sliced jalapeños and a bit of jalapeño juice for flavor not too much you dont want your salad smushy and mix

You can eat this with saltines, tostadas or bread
