Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 6Fresh Pepper
  3. 1cksp crayfish
  4. 1onion
  5. Small bunch of uziza
  6. 2knorr cube
  7. cubeSalt to
  8. 1/4 cuppalmoil
  9. 1 tspakawu

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chicken and cut into small chunk, season chicken and parboil and once its cooked through, remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash pepper and onion pound properly and then add crayfish and pound everything together and set aside

  3. 3

    Mix akawu and 3tbsp of water inside a small cup and set aside

  4. 4

    In a mortar or pot mix oil and akawu mixture together; add palmoil and mix till its thick and yellow in color

  5. 5

    Add the pepper mix, salt and knorr cube; make sure the chicken is cold and water is drain add into the oil mix and stir

  6. 6

    Wash and slice uziza leaf, add to the chicken nkwobi and stir and serve; you can heat it for about a minute and serve
