Ingredients

  • 4Onion
  • 5 cubesMaggi
  • Groundnut oil for frying
  • 1 kgAta rodo
  • 1 kgFresh tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoonThyme
  • 2 teaspoonCurry
  • 4Ginger
  • 4 clovesGarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the ata rodo and fresh tomatoes and blend with ginger and garlic.boil till no water is inside it and remember do not cover the pot while boiling.

  2. 2

    Heat up ground Nut oil slice onion and fry for 20seconds then pour in the tomato paste.stir and fry till is not tasting raw again.

  3. 3

    Pour in 1/2 cup of water,Salt,Maggi cubes,curry and thyme.boil for 10minutes.this sauce can be enjoyed with boiled rice or boiled yam😁
