4eggs
1 1/2 cupsugar
1 cupoil
1 cupchopped walnuts
1/2 cupraisins
1 tspcinnamon
2 cupflour
2 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
2 1/2 cupgrated carrots

Bake at 350°F. for 50 minutes

In a bowl, beat eggs,sugar, oil, and cinnamon.

Be sure to beat well.

Sift all the dry ingredients.

Then add the egg mixture.

Then stir in the carrots, walnuts and raisins.

When the top springs back and is golden brown, the cake is done.
