Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1-1/2 cupsugar
  3. Elachi essence as required
  4. Milk as required
  5. 2 tbspsuji
  6. 150 gmghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl to add wheat flour suji,essence,and add milk.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl toadd sugar,water and melt it.

  3. 3

    Add sgar wster to add better and properly mix it. Take a kadhai to add ghee and heat it. Ghee is melt properly heat the ghee.

  4. 4

    Better ko rest for 5 min.

  5. 5

    Than fry the mulpuai round shape. Light golden brown ready malpuai.

  6. 6

    Garnish for dry fruits.
