Heat ghee in a heavy bottom kadai.

When ghee starts to melt add besan to it. Mix well.

Roast it over medium flame until it turns golden brown. Stir it continuously.

You will get nice aroma from it when properly roasted. remove it from heat. Add cardamom powder to it.

Mix well and transferred it in a plate. Rest it for few minutes.

Add powdered sugar when it is warm. Mix properly.

Now make small laddus and roll them in powdered sugar.
