Steps

Take okra and Cut the top part out. Slightly make a cut in okra. Dont split in half.

Mix salt and pepper together in a plate.

With the help of a knife, take very little amount of salt and pepper (combined) and slide it in the cut okra.

Heat the pan and put oil in it.

Put all the filled okra in the pan.

leav it on slow flame for 15 minutes and cover the lid.
- 7
Toss it after every 5 minutes.
- 8
Eat with rice, bread or naan.
