  • 3large potato
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbspfine chili powder
  • 5 tbspgrated parmesan

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Skin and slice potato then layer on a baking tray with foil

  2. 2

    Drizzle olive oil on potato then garlic and onion powder

    Top fine chili powder and bake at 200 C for 20 minute

  4. 4

    Top grated parmesan cheese and bake again for another 20 minute
