This is a quick, cheap and hearty one pot meal. I always add more cayenne pepper for the heat and top with sour cream. Served it with cornbread smeared with honey butter :cookie

This is a quick, cheap and hearty one pot meal. I always add more cayenne pepper for the heat and top with sour cream. Served it with cornbread smeared with honey butter :cookie

Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender and drain fat.

Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Bring to boil. Stir in rice.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

During the last 5 minutes of cooking either stir cheese into the hash or sprinkle on top to melt and serve.

**I served this with cornbread and honey butter..yum!**
