Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbbq sauce
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tbspmolasses
  • 1salt
  • 1 tbspcanola oil
  • 1chopped onion
  • 4 cupchopped collards
  • 1sausage
  • 30 oznavy beans

Steps

  1. 1

    whisk bbq, water, tomato paste, molasses, & salt/pepper

  2. 2

    heat oil and add collards and onion - cook 3-5 mns

  3. 3

    add sauaage and cook

  4. 4

    reduce heat, add beans and sauce.

  5. 5

    stir, cocer and cook about 3-4 mns
