Boil the noodles well also add maggie masala-e-magic to it.

Sieve all purpose flour now add 2 tablespoon refined oil and give it moyan. Add water and make a fine dough bana lei. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Now take small portion out of it and roll it into small round shape. On the corners apply all purpose flour and water mixture. Now keep the round puris on the Ghujiya mould and add noodles in it and give it shape from ghujiya mould and then fry it on a low flame.

Serve it with your favorite Chutney or sauce
