Sieve the wheat flour add salt, pure ghee mix well.

Add water knead to make the dough.

In a pan add sugar and water for sugar syrup and boil it.

In a wok add ghee and heat it.

Fry all gujiya on medium heat.

Gujiya turns into golden colour remove from ghee.

Dip into sugar syrup for 4 - 5 minutes.

Glaze with chocolate sauce and rose petals.
