Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmaida
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tspkhoya
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1-1droop food colours(green and orange)
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Add maida, sugar, cardamom powder and khoya in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add milk and mix well.

  3. 3

    This mixture divided into 3 equal parts.

  4. 4

    Add food colour and mix well.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok.pour this mixture and deep fried till golden in colour.

  6. 6

    Serve this yummy malpua.
