Sage and Onion meatballs

Make the stuffing and allow to cool.

Mix the cooled stuffing with the sausage meat.

Form into ping pong ball sized balls and bake in preheated oven (180) for 15-20 mins until browned.

In a pan fry onions until softened and add red wine. Add rest of the ingredients and allow to simmer.

Add cooked meatballs to sauce and allow to simmer for further 15 mins.

Serve with rice or pasta!
