Boil milk along with cornflour after mixing with room temperature milk.

Keep stirring.Add sugar now.

Take off from gas and add colour.Mix well.

Cool the milk and keep in freezer for 8hrs

Whip the cream.Take out milk and beat with beater.

Add whipped cream+ Mango pulp to the milk and beat for 4-5 mins.

Pour this thick ice cream mix in airtight container and keep in freezer for 8-10 hrs to set.
