Steps

Take maida and put salt and 1 tbsp ghee and knead firm dough. Cover and keep aside.
Take beetroot flour and add salt and ghee and knead firm dough. Cover and keep aside. - 2
In a bowl mix all ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.

Now roll maida roti and beetroot roti separately.
Now take beetroot roti and keep over maida roti. - 4
Roll both together. (Shown in pic)

Cut roundels and roll like puri and stuff little potato mixture.

Bind it like potli.
Prepare all accordingly. - 7
Now heat oil and fry all on medium hot oil.

Flower samosas r ready.

Serve with chutneys /dips/ ketchup.
