Steps

Add rava and salt to finely boiling water.

Mix well, turn off the flame, keep aside.

Mix all ingredients under stuffing and prepare the stuffing.

Add milkmaid to soft rava, mix well to avoid lumps.

Allow rest 5 minutes to soft but stiff dough.

In the meantime boil some water in idli vessel or steamer.

Apply oil to palm, make the lemon sized balls from dough.

Flatten them in hand.

Add stuffing 1-2 tsp in the middle.

Bring the edges together and seal it.

Place gujiyas to cook in steam, close the lid.

After 15 minutes check it by inserting a fork or knife, if it comes out clean, gujiyas are ready.

Transfer them to serving plate and garnish.
