Ingredients

  1. 3Lemon juice
  2. 3garlic
  3. 1/2 cuporange juice
  4. Cilantro
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. 1/2 cupolive oil
  7. Jalapeño
  8. 1/2 cupvinagre
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours

  1. 1

    Take the meat and marinate in a container or plastic bag, add the ingredients above all mixed and rub it with the meat. Refrigerate!!!

    And ready to BBQ
