  • 1 cupal purpose flour
  • 1 tspcarrom Seeds
  • 4tspOil or ghee for moyan
  • as neededWater
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil for deep fry

    Adding Maida oil and carom seeds salt mix well

  2. 2

    Then add water prepare dough

  3. 3

    After 20mints make namakpare

  4. 4

    Now take a ball and roll a flat roti cut in shapes.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok add namakpare and fry till golden in colour.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve with tea.
