  2. 1 ozWhite rum
  3. 1/2 ozOrange Curaçao
  4. 1/2 ozOrgeat
  5. 1/2 ozAmaretto
  6. 1 ozLime juice
  7. 1 ozOrange juice
  8. 1 ozPineapple juice, fresh
  9. 1Ice cubes
  10. 1Crushed ice
  11. float
  12. 1 ozDark rum
  13. 1/4 ozCherry syrup (from the Maraschino Cherries)
  14. decoration
  15. 1Maraschino Cherry
  16. 1/2 slicePineapple

Steps

  1. 1

    Press fresh lime and orange juice. Prepare fresh pineapple juice, sweeten if necessary.

  2. 2

    Fill glass with crushed ice.

  3. 3

    Put all ingredients in the shaker, add some ice cubes.

  4. 4

    Shake vigorously, strain into the crushed ice filled glass. (After straining possible melting water). Leave a little bit of room for the next step.

  5. 5

    Float: Put dark rum and cherry sirup on top.

  6. 6

    Decorate: with pineapple slice and cherry.
