Ingredients

  1. 8 ozCoconut Water
  2. 4Raw Almonds
  3. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  4. 1 tspGround Cinnamon
  5. 1 cupChopped Granny Smith Apple (1 Apple)
  6. 1/2Scoop Unsweetened Protein Powder
  7. 1 tbspFlaxseed Meal

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients into blender and pulse for ~10-15sec

  2. 2

    If going to drink immediately, add 3 ice cubes to chill it. If prep ahead of time, chill in fridge overnight
