Lightly beat the egg with the salt and put aside. Heat a wok or frying pan and add the 2 tablespoons oil.

When the oil is hot, add the diced onions and stir until translucent. Add the green peas and stir fry for 1 minute then add the ham and stir fry for a minute. Remove all from the pan.

Put the butter in the pan then add the rice. Stir fry until heated through. Add half of the salt and oyster sauce. Stir till blended.

Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and quickly stir-fry the egg.

Add the fried onions, green peas and ham backed into the pan. Add the remaining salt and stir everything for a minute.

Scoop into serving dish. Serve and enjoy!
