Bring several cups of water to a book in a med sized pot. Add in pasta, reduce heat to med, and cook until al dente

Meanwhile, make sauce by placing garlic cloves, lemon juice, and olive oil into food processor. Process until smooth. Add in pitted avocado, basil, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.

When pasta done cooking, drain and rinse and place pasta in large bowl pour on sauce and toss. Garnish with lemon zest and pepper. Serve immediately.
