Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupBrown sugar
  • 3/4 cupShortening
  • 2 tbspHeavy creamer
  • 1 tbspVanilla
  • 1 largeEgg
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 3/4 cupAP Flour
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 3/4 tspBaking soda
  • 1 cupChocolate chips
  • 1 cupWhite chocolate chips

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Set oven at 350

  2. 2

    Cream together brown sugar, sugar, shortening, egg, vanilla & heavy cream

  3. 3

    Mix in flour, salt & baking soda

  4. 4

    Mix in chocolate & white chocolate chips

  5. 5

    Scoop tbl spoon size cookie drops and set on greased cookie sheet

  6. 6

    Bake 5-8 min (depending on how chewy you prefer)

  7. 7

    Enjoy! ☺️
