2 1/4 lbchicken thighs, boneless and skinless
2 1/2 cupchopped carrots
2/3 cupdried cherries
1 tsppaprika
1 tspseasoned salt
1/4 cuphoney
1/2 tspground sage
12 ozcola I used Pepsi cola
1 1/2 pintschicken broth

Steps

Add chicken, chicken broth, paprika, seasoned salt, cherries, ad sage and simmer 10 minutes.

Add carrots. Cover simmer 25 minutes. Add honey stir in bring to boil then simmer 15 minutes uncovered.

Break the chicken up up just a bit. Add cola and let reduce. About 10-15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve hope you enjoy!
