steam the rice until its done...per package direction...

set aside and let it cool...and later mush the rice with hand "dip your hand with water to avoid sticking all over in your hand or you can do it with other utensil available in you kitchen..

heat the pan,put the butter and olive oil and the chicken cube...let the broth cubes melt and put the vegies all together live it gor about 7-8 minutes or until the vegies are soft..

then add the rice..salt and pepper..

stir continuosly until well mix and close the fire when rice is hot enough..avoid the rice to stick in the pan..
