In a large skillet , melt butter.

In a bowl, crack eggs and mix together with a fork.

Pour eggs in skillet with melted butter.

Add pepper to eggs.

Continue stirring eggs until you get the consistency you want. Usually about 5-10 minutes on medium heat.

Separate eggs in 2 portions.

Add one slice of cheese on each portion and let cheese melt about 1-2 minutes.
