slice onion finely and drizzle with olive oil. toss lightly.

slice strawberries and orange into 1/2 bite size pieces

bunch the lettuce in a wide bowl and add the fruit, capers and onions. toss lightly.

add the salad to your serving dish. arrange the sliced avacado on top of the salad

finish by folding the salmon and arranging on top. season with salt and pepper and drizzle the remaining olive oil over the salad.
