Ingredients

  • 250 gmBoneless white fish fillet cut into cubes
  • 2 tspGinger garlic green chilli paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1Egg
  • for sauce:
  • 4 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1 tspminced ginger
  • 1 tsphoney
  • Halftsp sugar
  • 2 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tspSesme seed
  • 1 tbspCorn flour
  • 2 tbspwater
  • piecesOil for deep frying the fish

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade the fish fillet with the marinating ingredients for half hour.

  2. 2

    Deep fry the fish pieces.

  3. 3

    Keep on absorbent paper.

  4. 4

    Now make the sauce.

  5. 5

    Take oil in a wok.

  6. 6

    Add ginger garlic chopped.

  7. 7

    Saute until golden brown.

  8. 8

    Now add honey, soy sauce, sugar, salt to taste.

  9. 9

    Simmer for 2 min.

  10. 10

    Now add the cornstarch and water mix.

  11. 11

    Shimmer 2 min.

  12. 12

    Add the fish pieces and saute 2 minutes.

  13. 13

    Sprinkle some sesme seed.

  14. 14

    Serve hot as a starter or side dish with rice.
